7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid DashaClub PDF report, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your Stripe receipt or checkout reference.

Failed Report Generation

If payment succeeds but report generation fails, we will either generate and deliver the report or refund the payment to the original payment method. Our system may process this refund automatically when it detects a confirmed generation failure.

Birth Data Accuracy

Reports are generated from the birth date, birth time, and birth location entered by the customer. If you notice a data-entry mistake soon after purchase, contact support and we will do our best to help before issuing a refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears, which is commonly 5-10 business days after processing.
